11:30 a.m.: Lunch (sponsored by SARE)
12:30 p.m.: Travel to Sandhill Paddocks (Sheep)
2 p.m.: Travel to B-MACK Farms, LLC (Goats)
3:30 p.m.: Wrap Up & Evaluations
